Enrollment for the 2013–14 School Year
To enroll for the 2013–14 school year, you can come into Nexus Academy of Cleveland, Nexus Academy of Columbus, or Nexus Academy of Toledo campuses during normal hours (Monday through Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00pm) and a member of our team will be happy to assist you. Or you can enroll online–please see below for details.
Step 1. Apply: Complete the online application form for:
Step 2. Documents: Log into Connexus® to see what documents you need to submit (i.e., birth certificate, proof of residency, report card, etc.) and send to us via:
Step 3. Verification: Log into Connexus regularly to see the verification status of your documents and review your student’s enrollment status.
Step 4. Final Confirmation: Once you log into Connexus and click the “Final Confirmation” link, you are enrolled! We will ship your free course materials and assign your student’s teachers.
